How soon can I get the equipment?
Customers can access the equipment immediately upon request, during our operating hours of Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After-hours access can be arranged with advanced notice. Equipment deliveries can typically occur within 48 hours.
Who has access to my storage?
Only the customer who rented the storage trailer has access to their stored items. We require customers to secure their trailer with their own padlock to ensure exclusive access and security.
How long can I use
A mobile warehouse for storage? Customers can use A Mobile Warehouse for storage as long as they need, provided they continue to pay the monthly fee.
What happens if the equipment
is damaged during rental? If the rented equipment is damaged during the rental period and the customer is at fault, they are responsible for reimbursing us for the necessary repairs. In the meantime, we can offer a replacement unit if available in our inventory.
Do you offer delivery and
pick up for rented equipment? We offer pickup and delivery services for rented equipment, with a fee of $250 for each move.
Where are your storage yards?
Our storage yards are located in Clarksville, IN, and Shepherdsville, KY. We will soon be expanding to include a location in West Carrollton, OH. Additionally, we can deliver equipment to various destinations as needed.
